Strip Containment Doors

Overlapping vertical strips are the most cost effective approach for aisle containment doors. The problem is that, if not properly configured, they can be very ineffective. The thin, lightweight strips approved for use in data centers can separate and flap due to air pressure. However, the Cool Shield Strip Doors are designed to minimize  separation for an efficient and effective aisle door solution.

Cool Shield Strip Doors use wider strips than the competition to allow for a full 3″ overlap. This extra overlap does not prohibit entering the aisle but does help prevent separation. A proprietary weight strip can also be attached to the bottom of the strips between the overlaps. This additional weight makes keeps the strips from curling and flapping a the bottom.
